1. Mix makes the top floor of THE Hotel in Mandalay Bay the place to be at any hour. Not only a great place to enjoy a drink with one of the finest views, but comfort and class makes the inside an island utopia. Floor to ceiling windows present patrons with a fabulous view of the neon Strip and service and drinks that make you feel like a VIP even if you are just Joe Schmoe. With food until 11pm, truly enjoy Mix by dining at one of the many tables that face the windows for a Vegas restaurant experience like no other.

3. Playboy Club which in true Hugh Hefner style combines Playboy Bunny dealers for blackjack and roulette with a dance floor and a sophisticated bar. The decor makes you feel right at home, well home if you lived at Hefner's Playboy Mansion. When the chips are flying and the music is playing the Playboy Club is the place to be.
4. VooDoo Lounge is the Rio's premier lounge and a very casual drinking environment. Located at the very top of the slightly off-the-Strip Rio Hotel that presents a unique cross view of all the casinos along the Strip.
5. The Wynn's Parasol Up/Down is totally in Wynn fashion - absolutely over-the-top awesome in every way. Overlooking the Lake of Dreams your martinis and mojitos will be a pleasure, and the Encore's Eastside Lounge is short walk and an excellent change of pace.
6. Mirage famous Cirque du Soleil show LOVE that is inspired by the Beatles is the theme for the Revolution Lounge which is for those loving the Beatles and everything they represented during that period of history. The lounge has awesome music with emphasis on British, house, new wave and rock.
7. Carey Hart whose popular The Hart and Huntington Tattoo Parlor at the Palms hotel made him want to add more of his personal touch to the Vegas landscape. The 5,000 square foot Wasted Space lounge is one of the chillest places in Vegas to listen to music, and that of course has a lot to do with the sound system a place only the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino provides. About twenty chill booths and plenty of conversational decor make Wasted Space a top place to be to watch the frequent live bands or if no one is playing to simply hang out and listen to some of the classics.>
8. The Foundation Room on the top floor of Mandalay Bay probably should not even be mentioned because unless you are a celebrity, the ultra exclusive lounge is one of the hardest places in Vegas to get into. However, Monday night is a special night for us mere mortals, the Foundation Room opens its doors to anyone for an after-hours party referred to as 'Godspeed'. The private elevator takes you to very top of the hotel which is the 43rd floor. Walk out of the elevator and enjoy a scenic outdoor balcony, a fireplace, sofas, private rooms and relaxing decor from India and Tibet.
9. Caramel Lounge is an energy filled experience inside one of the best casinos, the Bellagio. In typical Bellagio fashion, the Caramel Lounge is the ideal mix of the perfect dive bar and an ultra laid-back lounge. With DJ's spinning hip-hop, funk and other trendy music the dancing can get impulsive and explosive. Only steps from the casino games, the Lounge crowd is very noticeable with the men dressed to impress and the women sizzling hot. If your hungry the Caramel Lounge offers a small menu and if your thirsty, well try the Oreo martini or the lime mojito.
10. Tabu at MGM Grand is aptly named, as this late night lounge seems to be they type that promotes couples to release some of their inhibitions. The $20-$25 cover gets you access to an intimate setting, with dark corners, comfortable seating and fantastic mixed-alcohol drinks. The upscale-casual Tabu opens at 10pm and closes when the sun rises. 

Honorable mention goes to the Downtown Vegas Rush Lounge at the Golden Nugget with its highly styled lounge scene with a very popular house bound called Frankie Moreno.

A good lounge brings a splash of entertainment in a mix of social club and attractive bar. The lounge aims to allow both people mingling with each other and loving couples to find a casual, low-key environment. Live entertainment from small bands, pianos and DJ's set the mood and the harmonies blend into the lounges theme. Most lounges offer a large food menu, plus many cocktails including the lounge's signature drinks. Some lounges may only a small menu or serve only snacks, beer and wine. The Vegas Strip lounges in our top ten are great places to meet-up with friends and get to know some new people. In general lounges have no cover charge, but the more upscale late night clubs often have a cover and charge between $10-$25. The difference between lounges and nightclubs is that at lounges you will get less attitude, more intimate setting with no lines to get inside. The Vegas Strip casino lounges are often the perfect place to unwind after a busy day and an excellent place to go after a long night of hitting the club scene.
